From Monday November 17 the system cl@ve is operating
El sistema cl@ve es un sistema que permite al ciudadano (persona física) acceder a todos los
servicios electrónicos de las Administraciones Públicas con un registro previo
como usuario con su correspondiente clave.
This system allows to the individuals a complete access to the electronic services in
internet of the Spanish Public Administrations with a previous registration as
a user with the corresponding password.
Por el momento, es posible acceder a los servicios de la
Administración Tributaria, Seguridad Social y Dirección General de Tráfico,
aunque está previsto que en 2015 se pueda acceder a los servicios electrónicos
del resto de administraciones.
By the moment, the access is limited to the services
of Spanish Tax Authorities, Social Security and Spanish Traffic Department. However,
in 2015, it is expected an access for the electronic services of other Spanish
Administrations.

este sistema? / How can I register in
this system?

Con firma electronica (ej, certficado electrónico
de la FNMT) o con el DNI electrónico
With an electronic certificate o with the electronic Spanish Identity
Card

Presencialmente
en las oficinas de registro. Por el momento en las oficinas de la Agencia
Tributaria y entidades gestoras de la Seguridad Social.
In person at the registry offices. By the moment, only in the offices of
the Spanish Tax Authorities and in the offices of the Managing Offices of the
Spanish Social Security.

La carta de invitación llegará a su domicilio en
unos 7-10 días aproximadamente / Invitation

Para completar el registro habrá que incluir el
Código Seguro de Verificación (CSV) que
se incluye en la carta de invitación / To
complete the registration it is mandatory to include the Verification Code (CSV)
inlcluded in the invitation letter
Se necesitará la siguiente información / The following information will be needed:
- Nº de teléfono móvil /Cellular
telephone number
- Cuenta de correo electrónico / E-mail
address

Para poder realizar trámites en la Agencia Tributaria
necesitaremos una clave de acceso elegida en el proceso de obtención y un
código PIN de tres dígitos recibido vía sms.
In order to access to the electronic services,
a password and a three-digit PIN code received via SMS will be necessary.
